The honest summary

Every RAMAELLE piece is made to your measurements after you reserve it. Under EU and Dutch distance-selling law (art. 16(c) Consumer Rights Directive, art. 6:230p BW), made-to-measure garments are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. We tell you this before you reserve, not in the small print afterwards.

What we offer instead

• You pay nothing at reservation; you can withdraw the reservation at no cost any time before we confirm the order and cut the cloth.
• One round of fit adjustments within [number] weeks of delivery is included.
• If a piece is faulty, Dutch conformity law applies in full: repair, replacement where possible (rarely, with one-of-one pieces) or refund.
• Repairs beyond the included round: the atelier repairs its own work for the life of the piece at [cost basis, e.g. materials only].

Ready-made items

If we ever sell items that are not made to measure, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies to those in full. [Detail the return procedure and address here.]
