These terms govern reservations and purchases from RAMAELLE, [legal entity name], KvK [KvK number], VAT [BTW number], [atelier address], Utrecht.

Reservations

A reservation is a request, not a payment. It becomes a binding order only after we confirm the piece, the measurements, the price and the lead time in writing, and any agreed deposit is received.

Made to measure

Pieces are made to your measurements. You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements you supply yourself; measurements taken at a fitting in the atelier are our responsibility. One round of fit adjustments within [number] weeks of delivery is included.

Prices and payment

Prices include Dutch VAT. Payment terms, deposit percentage and accepted methods: [to be completed when the payment provider is live].

Lead times

Lead times are estimates given per piece. Delay does not entitle the customer to compensation, but if delivery exceeds the estimate by more than [number] weeks, the customer may cancel and any deposit is returned in full.
